Return and Refund Policy
At Verolvia LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your diversified jewelry and accessories. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve made our return process simple and transparent.
1. Our 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@verolvia.com or call us at +1 (845) 210 4416 during our customer service hours (Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST). Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Verolvia LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your return request is approved.
5. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@verolvia.com.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
